Welcome to Louisenfeld
Louisenfeld is a small village in the North-East of Germany.
It is situated in the midst of a rural surrounding, however not far
from three marvellous nature reserves. The region is flat with soft
hills and countless small and large lakes. Forests, fields and meadows
alternate. The air temperature amounts to between 20 and 30 Degrees
Celsius during the summer. The air is clean and very often the nights
are starlit.
The village Louisenfeld consists of a former manor-house and some
smaller houses. Only about 60 people live here and work in the city, or
in agriculture or are retired persons. About 15 km at the outskirts of
Louisenfeld we find the lovely town of Waren at Lake Müritz. The town
is popular with many tourists, strolling and shopping is
enjoyable there.
In this region performing watersports as well as all kinds of
equestrian sports is possible. There are all kind of further
destinations for trips in the surrounding area, such as those to
castles, parks, museums and concert halls.
Families with children as well as hikers and cyclists feel especially
comfortable in Louisenfeld. For car tourists daily trips to the Baltic
Sea and Berlin are easily possible.
